Move Outlook Calendar To Another Calendar. Then press ctrl + a to select all events. You can copy the pst file onto a usb key or an external hard drive, upload it.
Open the whole series (not the single appointment) on the upper. Move the exported pst file to the computer onto which you want to transfer your outlook calendar.
Then Select Edit Then Choose All Events In The Series.
You either need to select the correct calendar before you open the new appointment form or use the move to other folder command instead of save and close.

On the home tab, select share calendar, and if necessary, select which calendar you want to share.
You Can Combine The Calendar Items In Two Outlook Data Files (.Pst) Or Calendar Folders Within The Navigation Pane, So That The Items Appear On One Calendar.
